+How can I check if the product is in stock?

The Venetian blinds offered on our website are custom-made in our Perpignan workshop on demand. Once you place an order, your blind is manufactured within 3 business days and then shipped.

+I can’t find my vehicle, what should I do?
|
|
Feel free to contact us! The online store only shows a sample of our catalog. We have over 1,500 vehicle references available. Even for more “exotic” models, there is a very good chance your gem is already in our records!

+Do you supply spare parts?
|
|
As the manufacturer, we keep all the spare parts for your blind in stock! Slats, hooks, racks – Gradulux parts are compatible with our entire range. However, if your blind is already a few years old, we recommend replacing the full set of slats rather than just one, as time may alter the color. This way, your Gradulux blind will remain uniform and consistent.

+The blind doesn’t fit my vehicle, what should I do?
|
All the models offered in our store have been tested and approved on vehicles in their original configuration. Rear (or side) windows and their seals were manufactured with specific dimensions at the factory. In case of restoration or replacement, these dimensions may vary, and the blind may no longer fit correctly into the seals.

+What is the shipping time for my order?
|
|
Once your order has been confirmed and paid, it is prepared within 3 business days and handed over to the selected carrier. From that moment, the shipping time is confirmed to you directly by email from the carrier.

+How are the shipping costs calculated?
|
|
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the products, the chosen delivery method, and the destination when you add items to your cart. Prices start from €2.90 for pickup point delivery and €3.90 for home delivery within mainland France.

+My order has not yet been shipped and I wish to cancel it. How can I proceed?

+I chose home delivery. What happens if I’m not there?

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left for you to reschedule a delivery or collect your parcel from a nearby pickup location.
